THE BAND MORRISON
Four Brothers, Some Great Tunes, & A Really Good Time
THE BOYS
The Morrison boys grew up on a ranch in northwest Alberta. Mom and Dad were in a country band in the 80's, so there were always plenty of instruments around the house. Whenever possible, the young boys picked up anything with strings and started making noise. Dad taught them a few chords. The rest was learned by ear, and many hours of jamming in the living room of the old log house.
Chad - Rythmn Guitar, Banjitar, Harmonica.
Being the oldest of the boys, Chad is a true leader. He also plays the myraid of extra instuments required to bring the required authenticity to the band's vast catalogue of songs.
Cody - Lead Vocals & Slappin da Bass.
Second born, Cody has a vibrant and outgoing personality, perfect to be a frontman. A ball of energy on the stage; his charm is infectious to the entire crowd.
Riley - Lead Guitar, Mandolin, Vocals.
Third in line, Riley started guitar at age 12 and soon became a very confident player in many stringed instruments. A leader of other bands, Riley is the manager and musical force behind the band. Quick to learn new material and bring it to the group, keeping things fresh.
Rio - Drums, Vocals.
Being the youngest, Rio began drumming at a very early age, wanting to be included with the older brothers and their jam sessions. Rio's impecable timing and rythmn is the glue that holds the group together. Also he adds incredible harmonizing vocals.
